1.The slag sent by the belt conveyor is fed into the vertical mill by the screw feeder, and is squeezed and ground by the grinding roller on the rotating grinding disc.
2.The ground material is then sent to the powder selection machine located at the upper part of the vertical mill by hot air, which rises to carry air, for sorting into coarse powder and fine powder;
3.Fine powder is collected by a bag dust collector and sent to the finished product system through conveying equipment such as a chute and elevator;
4.The coarse powder falls on the grinding disc and is ground again.
5.A portion of the coarse powder is discharged from the vertical mill and sent back to the vertical mill for further grinding through equipment such as belt type iron remover, bucket elevator, and belt conveyor.
6.The exhaust gas is removed by the bag filter and discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust fan through the chimney.
7.The system drying heat source is provided by a hot air stove.
