1. Product fineness is adjustable and uniform. Relatively low energy consumption, low wear, low operating costs. High grinding efficiency, less wear and tear. Low investment costs, simple process.
2. The inlet device is consisting of inlet chute and spiral cylinder. There are lining plates in the inlet chute, which extend the working life of the inlet device.
3. Cap is made of high-quality carbon steel and the hollow shaft is cast moulding, combining together to ensure its safe and reliable operation.
4. Inside the raw mill, different stages have different lining plate structure, which will greatly improve the grinding efficiency.
5. Main bearings are sliding bearings, which has good strength, ductility, polymerism, anti-frication, abrasion resistance, lubricity and thermal conductivity. It is able to meet the lubricated requirements of the hollow shaft well and easy to change, applying to low speed, heavy load working condition of raw mill.
Raw mill is generally called cement raw mill, raw mill in cement plant, it refers to a common type of cement equipment in the cement plant. In the cement manufacturing process, raw mill in cement plant grind cement raw materials into the raw mix, and the raw mix is sent to the cement kiln to make cement clinker, next, clinker and other admixtures will be ground into finished cement by cement mill.
As for the type of raw mill, there are two types including cement ball mill and vertical cement mill. In the traditional cement raw mill system, the cement ball mill system is more typical. After technology modification, the vertical cement mill has obvious advantages compared with the cement ball mill, and it is suitable for the large cement production line.
