STRUCTURE

Cyclone dust collector is a kind of ordinary classifier with philosophy of centrifugal sedimentation,which is also called the centrifugal dust collector. Cyclone dust collector is mainly used for removal of the dust of the industrial waste gas with high density non-fabrous and cohesiveness. It is used in ventilation dust removal and material recycling system of mining, metallurgy, refractory, coal, chemical and electric power industries, especially suitable for the initial purification for high temperature flue gas.

The high efficientcy clone dust collector is made up of feeding device, classifying device, bottom flow device,over flow device. The feeding device works in way of involute shape. The feedingpipe is rectangle tapered tube, and its extension line transition to feedingbox smoothly. The separate device is made up of cylinder and cone. The heightof cylinder is opted by the proportion, granularity and overflow fineness. The conepart take cone changing technique to guarantee the speed of particles atdeparting point to realize optimizes result.
