7. Adaptable for coal quality, burning low quality coal.

Pulverized coal burner is main consist of pipes, nozzle, metal bellow compensator, butterfly valve, pressure measuring, protect layer and so on. The main structure characteristics as below:
1. Pipes
From outside to center is axial air channel, swirling air channel, coal air channel, center air channel and firing channel separately, the firing channel is for firing, so it’s called four channel.
2. Nozzle
It’s made of special material, the outlet cross section area of axial air, swirling air and coal air can be adjusted, to adjust the ejection speed of each channel. The whole set nozzle is key part of ensure flame shape.
3. Axial air (swirling air) metal bellow compensator
Axial air (swirling air) metal bellow compensator is key part to connect inner and outer channel of axial(swirling) air, sealing and adjust flame shape.
4. Butterfly valve
Adjustment air volume.
5. Pressure measuring
Display the ejection speed of air from burner.
