Ceramic proppant, known as petroleum fracturing proppant, is one new type of material made from bauxite, manganese powder and additives by the process of crushing, drying, batching, pelletizing, calcining, cooling and sieving. Ceramsite proppant has the advantage of high strength, compression and abrasion resistance, good roundness, shock resistanceand good permeability resistance.
Proppant Rotary Kiln is the calcining system of ceramsite proppant plant. The fuels for calcination can be gas, oil or solid fuel. Its performance will directly affect the quality and cost. For the different characteristics and requirements of the traditional calcining ceramic materials, we developed the new series rotary kiln.

1. The rotary kiln has 2 to 4 supporting points (most of kiln has 3 points), which is ensure the support roller upper plane and tyre contact surface is parallel to the shell axis. There is a gap between tyre and shell which designed according to the expansion rate, then it guarantee to strengthen the shell by tight on the shell after thermal expansion.
2. The support device adopt rolling bearing to simplify the structure of support roller bearing, then it can reduce the power consumption during the kiln process and also improve the maintenance.
3. The driving system adopts adjustable motor with large scale, stable running and easy maintenance. The rotary kiln set a slow disk kiln structure, which is composed of diesel engine and reducer etc. It can running under power failure and convenient for kiln maintenance, the operation also simple and flexible.
4. The mechanical thrust roller and hydraulic roller are select by kiln model, the hydraulic thrust roller adopt domestic advanced technology of accurate plunger pump and speed control valve etc.
5. The kiln head and tail sealing adopt new technology of heat resistant steel scale, which instead of labyrinth sealing, not only reduce the air leakage of kiln head and tail, but also durable and easy replacement with low maintenance charge.
