Rotary shaping machine is for shaping the granules produced by double roller granulator. The finished product after the rotary shaping machine is uniform in shape, high in strength, smooth in surface and high in finish.

The rotary shaping is rotated by a motor, and the chain is transmitted to the supporting roller. Under the friction effect, the supporting roller drives the roller of the shaper. The granules produced by double roller granulator are conveyed to the rotary shaping machine by a belt conveyor. The granules are fed into the height of rotary shaper, and are brought to a certain height by the friction force and centrifugal force and then rolled off by the gravity force. The falling granules and the rising granules and the inner wall of the drum continuously collide and friction, so that the strength of the granules is increased and the surface shape tends to be smooth; while the particles are rolling in the circumferential direction, the particles are moved from high to low along the axis of the shaper drum, and finally the shaped particles are unloaded from the low end of the shaper drum.

The rotary shaper is mainly composed of transmission device, roller transmission device, rotary drum and fram,etc. The finished granules have featurers of high strength, smooth surface and high finish.
