The safe operation and maintenance procedures of double shaft mixer:

1. Operators must wear protective equipment to work.

2. Before starting, you must check whether the fasteners are firm and whether there is lubricating oil at the lubricating points, clean and remove all sundries that hinder operation.

3. Check whether the stirring blades are complete and whether they are loose; whether the triangle belt is complete and the tension is consistent.

4. Fill the lubrication points with lubricating oil, whether the safety net of the mixing tank, V-belt, and the safety guard of the coupling are complete and firm; after confirming that there is no power-on failure, a power-on signal can be issued to prepare for power-on.

5. When starting, start the motor firstly, then add the material for stirring. When you need to stop, stop feeding firstly, and stop the motor when there is no material.

6. During the normal operation of the mixer, the following matters must be paid attention to:

(1) Whether there are abnormal sounds in the mixer and whether there is abnormal fluctuation in the current indicator.

(2) Whether the stirring blades are loose or falling off, and whether the stirring slime meets the technical requirements of the molding process.

(3) During operation, the maximum temperature of the rolling bearing seat can not exceed 65 degrees, and there must be no odor.

(4) If there is a large amount of material in the tank due to a power outage or other failure, it must not be forcibly started. It must be cleaned before it can be started lightly.

(5) Any maintenance work is strictly prohibited during operation.

(6) The mixer is not allowed to operate with an open cover, and it must equip with a safety cover.

7. Pay attention to the following safety matters during shutdown or maintenance:

    (1) Stop the machine normally, stop feeding firstly, wait for the slime in the mixing tank to be completely cleaned (there is no slime in the lower part of the stirring shaft), and then shut down the power to the motor for the next startup.

(2) To eliminate the malfunction of the mixer, it must be performed in a stopped state, and the process before and after is notified to wait.

(3) The main power of the system must be cut off after shutdown.

(4) Regularly check whether the fasteners of the blades of the mixer are loose and whether the blades of the mixer are excessively worn. If necessary, the blades should be replaced again.

   (5) When repairing or replacing the blade of the mixer, there must be a special person monitoring and contact confirmation mechanism (there must be more than 3 people during maintenance). The slime in the tank is cleaned up and the triangle belt is removed for maintenance.
