ADVANTAGE

1. According to the character of limestone and its calcination requirement, the structure of kiln inlet and outlet sections has been optimized. It can resolve the problem of material returning back to kiln inlet and the leakage of dust.

2. Evenly heating for limestone, low rate of less calcination and over calcination. Especially suitable for the high activity lime for steel making.

3. Technical configuration is optional: matched vertical preheater can use the high temperature from rotary kiln to preheating the limestone from room temperature to decomposition condition; matched vertical cooler can cooling down the high temperature of lime in the shortest time, and process can increase the activity of lime and also easy for transportation and storage.

INTRODUCTION

Lime rotary kiln is used to produce quicklime through the calcination of limestone (calcium carbonate). Lime rotary kiln is specialized design for production of active lime.

Our lime rotary kiln can work with vertical preheater and vertical cooler to achieve the advantages like high use ratio of raw materials, complete calcination, even quality, good quality lime, high capacity output, environmental and energy saving, simple operation and longer working life. This kiln is very suitable for limestone calcination for industries like metallurgy, chemical, construction materials and etc.

We also supply complete set of equipments for lime production line with capacity from 50 tpd to 800 tpd: rotary kiln / vertical kiln, preheater, cooler, bag filter, crusher, ball mill, conveyor, bucket elevator, vibrating feeder, etc.

PROCESS

1. Support device: advanced shaft structure, automatic temperature measuring device and electrical heating.

2. Catch wheel: including two kinds of mechanical wheel and hydraulic pressure.

3. Gears: single or double. Control the rotating speed by variable motor, DE machine and frequency variable motor. Be reliable, energy saving and efficient.

4. Cylinder tyre bolster: lower bolster has three types: fixed, zoom and floating. The structure is simple. Replacement is convenient and won’t hurt cylinder.

5. Sealing equipment: there are many kinds to choose from according to kiln models, including air cylinder edge sealing, spring edge sealing, graphite block sealing, and a combination of the above. The feather is adaptive for cylinder rotation and swing. And the sealing effect is very good.

6. Kiln head hood: including stationary type and flexible type.
