2. Project description

The jaw crusher is used in a cement factory laboratory to break various materials which needed to produce cement, such as limestone, gypsum and clay etc. The feed particle size of the material is generally less than 100mm, the discharge particle size should be controlled below 3mm, and the output should be 250kg per hour.

 

3. Equipment parameter

After detailed understanding of the requirements and working conditions of the BEST GROUP project, our engineers selected EP125x150 jaw crusher for the laboratory.  The feed size of the experimental jaw crusher EP125X150 is 110mm at most, and the discharge can be adjusted between 2 and 20mm.  The output is 200-1500kg per hour.  At the same time, the motor is equipped with 3kW.
