Pulse dust collector is mainly composed of upper box, middle box, ash bucket, supporting legs, filtering bag and blowing device, ash discharging device. The features of this structure are:
1.Upper box is devided into thousands chambers. In order to realize off-line cleanign dust and maintenance, each chamber has equipment 1 lifting valve.
2.Pneumatic vent valve is controlled by air cylinder. The advantages are realiable operation, fast speed of on/off, without any leakage of air.
3.Compared with horizontal installation, the vertical installation fo pneumatic vent valve is easier during maintenance.
4.Filtering bag is self-locked and sealed on the board holes by the flexible ring on the bag. This can gurantee low emission density and easy for installation and replacement.
5.Optimized injection short tube can gurantee perfect dusting cleaning performance.
6.Safety guard and walking platform are equipped for regular maintenance.
