The new energy-saving dolomite calcination process is , the qualified dolomite feed from the large angle conveyor enters the top silo of the vertical preheater in the calcination system. The dolomite in the top silo evenly enters the interior of the vertical preheater. At this time, the high-temperature flue gas at kiln tail enters the preheater to exchange heat with the dolomite, and preheats the raw materials to above 800 °C. After preheating, the dolomite raw material falls into the chute and enters the rotary kiln and is calcined to active calcined white at a high temperature of 1250 ° C. The active calcined white temperature flowing out of the outlet of the magnesium rotary kiln is as high as about 900 ° C and enters the vertical cooler. The high-temperature active calcination is fully exchanged with the combustion-supporting cold air that is blown into the bottom of the vertical cooler, and the active calcination white is cooled to below 100 ° C, and the combustion-supporting air is preheated to above 600 ° C. The cooled active calcined white is discharged from the cooler and sent to the granulation system through apron conveyor.
The high-temperature flue gas produced by the magnesium rotary kiln combustion, after heat exchange with the dolomite in the preheater, the temperature drops below 220 ° C, and then enters the bag filter, which is discharged into the atmosphere by the high-temperature fan after dust removal, and the dust of the exhaust gas Concentration less than 30mg/m3
The new energy-saving dolomite calcination system reduces the fuel consumption index by 40% due to the heat recovery of waste gas. At the same time, the length-to-diameter ratio of the rotary kiln decreases, the investment cost is lower, the output increases by 30%, and the temperature of the kiln flue gas falls to the dust collector. It can withstand the temperature below, which is good for dust removal of the dust collector.
