China ZK Corp provides technical solutions and equipment for the whole set of slag powder grinding production line with an annual output of 10,000-200,000 tons. It has the characteristics of reasonable overall structure, advanced technology,stable and reliable operation.
The slag grinding production line with GRMS vertical mill has 4 stages:

1. Grinding of slag production line: The raw material enters the vertical mill from the slip tube. Under the action of centrifugal force, it moves around the center of the grinding disc and moves radially along the grinding disc to enter the grinding area. There is a retaining ring around the grinding disc, and the material forms a material bed on the grinding disc.

2. Selecting powder: Except for some fine powder discharged with the airflow, the material overflows from the material ring, and is fed by the external circulation bucket elevator to the step classifier and then enters the dynamic classifier. The finished product fineness R0.09<12%, the coarse material is returned to the slag vertical roller mill.
3. Drying: The drying heat source of the material comes from the hot flue gas of 300 °C in the kiln tail preheater. After entering the vertical mill and the stepped classifier, it enters the dynamic classifier.

4, external circulation: the circulating material of the grinding mill is fed into the steady flow bin through the bucket elevator, and the belt is sent to the step classifier and then into the vertical mill for grinding.

In terms of environmental protection, ZK slag vertical mill adopts advanced technology and stable operation. All environmental indicators are in line with the Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Boundary (GB12348-2008) and the Standard for Emission of Air Pollutants in Cement Industry ( GB4915-2004) requirements.
