1 Attention to the system air leakage. System air leakage is one of the most important factors that restrict the effectiveness of the precalciner kiln system. Leakage is mainly internal air leakage and external air leakage. The internal air leakage is mainly locked air valve burned. The external air leakage is mainly air leakage of the inspection hole of cyclone, discharge pipe dust valve shaft, connecting pipe flange, preheater roof, the measuring point, kiln inlet sealing.

2 Attention to the flame. Adjust the position of the burner, the ratio of primary and secondary air, to ensure a good flame shape. Control the temperature of the burning zone, should be based on the type, structure and performance characteristics of the burner. Adjust correct positioning (ensure that the flame does not invade the material, and enough space for combustion). According to the situation of coal, the main fan of the system pull the wind, the secondary air temperature and air volume, adjust the ratio of primary and secondary air, to ensure smooth flame, good shape, sufficient heat intensity, in order to facilitate stable calcination.

3 Attention to raw materials and fuels. It is that suitable raw material fineness, reasonable, stable, optimized raw material ratio not only can ensure the stability of the rotary kiln operation system, but also to ensure high-quality clinker. Highly decentralized, homogenization, strong stability of raw materials, is conducive to the stability of pre-decomposition system temperature and wind pressure. Low water content and finer pulverized coal can improve the burning speed of pulverized coal, which make the coal burn fully, to raise the calcination temperature, and ensure the heat of the raw material decomposition and clinker calcination.
