Third, the impact of rotary kiln coal quality. High ash, coarse fineness, high water of coal is easy to produce incomplete combustion, and coal ash deposition is relatively concentrated, easy to form clinker ring.
In addition, the amount of feed coal is not stable, so that the temperature fluctuated in the rotary kiln, but also easy to form a phenomenon of ring formation.

First, strengthen the management of raw coal into the plant and the preparation process of pulverized coal, and the fineness of coal powder must be controlled below 78 microns, the remaining 32%, and moisture control below 1.62%.
