Fourth, the influence on ring formation
Before increasing rotary kiln speed, there is the situation that stop kiln many times due to ring formation. After increasing rotary kiln speed, operate with a thin layer and adjust the flame shape to avoid incomplete combustion of fuel. So far, there is no ring formation in the production.
Fifth, the influence on the fuel material
To deal with ring formation before speeding, the ingredients increased KH (carbonate hardness from 0.88 to 0.93), and adopting high-grade limestone, high-silica sandstone, fly ash, steel slag 4 ingredients and low sulfur fuel.
