Crushing equipment

Crushing equipment is the most important part of cement production equipment.

The raw materials of production cement such as limestone, clay, iron ore, coal and so on, need to use crusher for pre-crushing, especially as limestone the large-scale use in cement production, with the higher hardness and the larger particle size, choose the appropriate crusher for crushing. ZK recommend the secondary crushing of jaw crusher plus cone crusher, and jaw crusher is commonly used primary crushing equipment, with which crushing ratio, high production efficiency, and easy operation. Ball mill

Ball mill is the key crushing equipment that grinding the material after crushed. The equipment in the cement production lines is mainly to further grinding the raw materials, which is grinding a variety of ore and other abrasive materials for dry or wet, and is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, metal processing, ceramics and other production industries.

Calcination equipment

After the raw material is preheated and pre-decomposed in the vertical preheater, the next step is to enter the rotary kiln for firing the clinker. Currently there are cement rotary kilns specially used for cement calcination, which is the main equipment of cement clinker dry and wet production lines. The cement rotary kilns produced by ZK is strong in structure, stable in operation and high in kiln product quality. We can also provide the customers with advanced high-efficiency vertical preheater.

Cement grinding station

Cement grinding is the final process of cement production, but the most power-consuming processes. The main equipment used is cement grinding mills, and ZK is also a new type of cement grinding station. The main function of cement grinding station is to grind cement clinker, gelling agent, performance adjustment materials to the appropriate size to form a certain particle size, increase its hydration area, and accelerate the rate of hydration, to meet the cement paste coagulation, hardening requirements.
