Dry rotary kiln

The exhaust gas temperature of hollow-type kiln is high, so the heat consumption is not low. Dry production of dry powder is made from raw materials, the fluidity worse than mud. So the mixing of raw materials is not good, and the composition is not uniform.

Wet rotary kiln

Wet rotary kiln is used in wet production of cement rotary kiln, and wet production of raw materials is made into material slurry containing moisture of 32% to 40%. Because of the fluidity of the slurry prepared, the mixture between the raw materials, raw ingredients is evenly, so that the good quality of the clinker calcined, which is the main advantage of wet production.

2The characteristics of cement vertical kilns

There are two types of cement vertical kilns, ordinary cement vertical kilns and mechanical cement vertical kilns. Ordinary cement vertical kiln is artificial feeding and artificial discharge or mechanical feeding, artificial discharge. Mechanical cement vertical kiln is mechanical feeding and mechanical unloading. Mechanical cement vertical kiln is continuous operation, and its production, quality and labor productivity is higher than ordinary cement vertical kiln. According to the technical requirements of building materials technology, small-scale cement plant should apply mechanical cement vertical kiln, and gradually replace the ordinary cement vertical kiln.
