This project is invested and constructed by a company in Liaoning Province for the harmless incineration treatment of oily sludge, other solid, semi-solid, and liquid waste. Our company is responsible for the design, manufacturing, and other aspects of the hazardous waste kiln in this project.
II. Solution
To meet the characteristics of different biomass waste and incineration process requirements, this type of rotary kiln features complete combustion, strong adaptability, high operational efficiency, low energy consumption, and easy operation and maintenance.
Working Principle: Oily waste is fed into the kiln through the feeding end. As the cylinder rotates slowly in an inclined state, the solid waste moves axially from the high end to the kiln head while rotating with the cylinder. Fuel is injected into the kiln through a burner for combustion. The biomass waste undergoes drying, pyrolysis, incineration, and cooling, and the resulting ash is discharged from the discharge end.
