This project is invested and constructed by a company in Singapore and is used for harmless incineration of solid, semi-solid and liquid hazardous biomass waste. Our company is responsible for the design and manufacture of hazardous waste kilns in this project.
II. Solution
According to the characteristics of different biomass wastes and incineration process requirements, this type of rotary kiln has the characteristics of complete incineration, strong adaptability, high operating rate, low energy consumption, and easy operation and maintenance.
Working Principle: Medical waste is fed into the kiln through the feed end. Since the cylinder is slowly rotating in an inclined state, the solid waste moves from the high end to the kiln head in the axial direction of the cylinder while rotating with the cylinder; the fuel is sprayed into the kiln through the burner for combustion. After the biomass waste is dried, pyrolyzed, incinerated and cooled, the ash produced by incineration is unloaded from the discharge end;
