II. Project Description

It is a scientific and technological enterprise specialized in research and development, design, manufacture and sales of alumina special ceramics, covering an area of 20000 square meters. The company has three specialized production lines, mainly producing alumina ceramic grinding media (alumina balls, lining bricks, alumina column balls), high-purity inert stuffing balls (92%, 95%, 99% inert stuffing balls), wear-resistant ceramics (wear-resistant ceramic sheets, wear-resistant ceramic pipelines), alumina special-shaped parts and other alumina ceramic products.

IV. Project implementation

Industrial aluminum oxide powder is processed by calcining at a high temperature of ℃ or above. Gamma crystal form is converted into alpha crystal form. Generally, the conversion rate of Alpha Alumina is above 95%. The higher the conversion rate of alpha is, the more sufficient The calcination is and the higher the calcination temperature is. The calcined aluminum oxide powder needs to be finely grinded to reach the micro-powder level and be used as the raw material of ceramic or refractory material.
