1. Purpose

2. Working principle
The working principle is that the material falls into the stone remover through the feed port on the cover, passes through the gap between the smooth roll and the spiral roll, is squeezed by the smooth roll and the spiral roll, and falls into the follow-up receiving device of the production line in a strip shape. Because of its high hardness, the stones cannot be squeezed through. They will be discharged from the side through the rotation of the spiral roller along the gully on the spiral roller, so as to achieve the purpose of removing the stones in the clay. The clay stone remover has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable performance and convenient maintenance.
3. Main structure
The wheel roller part is composed of two wheel rollers and their rotating shafts, bearing seats, etc. The wheel roller 1 is a spiral roller, and the wheel roller 2 is a smooth roller, which is connected to the driving part through a pulley and a belt. There is a gap between the wheel roller 1 and the wheel roller 2 to allow the clay to pass through after being squeezed. There are spiral trenches on the outer surface of the wheel roller 1 for discharging stones. All wheels and rollers are installed on the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is installed and fixed on the supporting frame through the bearing seat. In addition, the bearing seat is provided with a long hole, which can move the bearing seat left and right, and then adjust the gap between the two rollers to achieve the purpose of adjusting the particle size of removing large particles. When the gap is small, the minimum particle size for removing rocks is small, and the minimum particle size for removing rocks when the gap is widened becomes larger. At the same time, a thimble is installed on the support frame for fixing the bearing seat after moving, preventing the bearing seat from moving left and right during operation. The transmission part is located on both sides of the wheel and roller, including two motors, pulleys and accessories. The motor and the pulley are connected by a key. The motor drives the wheel roller 1 and the wheel roller 2 to rotate through the pulley and belt. Among them, the wheel roller 1 and the wheel roller 2 rotate towards each other.
4. Work Process
When the equipment is working, the wheel roller 1 and the wheel roller 2 rotate towards each other under the driving of the driving device. The material enters between the wheel roller 1 and the wheel roller 2 from the feed opening on the cover, and enters the receiving device of the following equipment through the gap between the wheel roller 1 and the wheel roller 2 after being squeezed. At the same time, large-particle stones cannot pass through the gap between the roller 1 and the roller 2 due to their high hardness and large outer diameter. Since the surface of the roller 1 has spiral gully, the rocks that cannot pass through the gap will follow the gully and will be discharged from the side as the roller 1 rotates to achieve the effect of clay removal.
