1. Product Overview
1.1. GS series trommel screen is used in dolomite quarry of magnesium plant to screen out crushed material and sieving by ball press before dolomite enters the rotary kiln. 2. Working principle
2.1. The motor is connected with the roller device through a reducer through a coupling or belt transmission device, and the roller device is driven to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface is turned and rolled, so that the qualified material (product under the screen) is discharged through the screen on the outer circle of the drum, and the unqualified material (product on the screen) discharge through the end of the drum.

4.1. On the other hand, due to uneven feeding, it will be a problem that the material on one side is too thick. Once the thickness of the material is too large, it will affect the screening accuracy and output;
4.2. Feeding amount: When using the trommel screen, if too much material is fed at a time, which exceeds the screening load that the screening machine can withstand, the material will be discharged from the discharge port before it can be screened, resulting in too much fine material Discharging from the coarse material port will greatly reduce the screening efficiency;
4.3. Angle: Generally, the trommel screen has a relatively strict installation inclination angle. The angle between the trommel screen and the ground can be changed according to the needs of users. However, the angle is too large or too small: the angle is too large and the material will quickly pass through the surface of the drum screen, and the material has passed through the mesh surface before being screened, and the screening effect is poor; while the angle is too small will affect the material Moving forward will cause a large amount of feed to accumulate on the mesh surface, which will cause a large load on the mesh surface, reduce the service life of the screen, increase the power required for the trommel, and also affect the screening effect.
