I. Preparation for construction
In order to ensure the smooth installation of the rotary kiln, the foundation of the kiln must be checked and accepted with the construction unit according to the drawings, the unqualified foundation should be corrected, and debris, chisels, and buried boards should be removed. Then the equipment is out of stock. The warehousing order of the rotary kiln equipment must ensure the order of warehousing and be reasonably placed on the construction site to prevent the road at the installation site from being blocked or causing chaos caused by back and forth.
The order of the equipment out of the warehouse is: foundation bolts—supporting wheels—kiln head cover—cylinder, wheel belt, retaining wheel—spring plate—large ring gear—gear cover—pinion gear, reducer—motor—auxiliary drive—smoke Chamber and kiln head kiln tail sealing device—burner, unloading device and other accessories.
Check the equipment at the same time as it is out of the warehouse, clean the equipment according to the relevant requirements, measure the length of the cylinder, and then carry out the basic defense line, laying horns, and the upper surface of the horns must be inclined with the kiln in the longitudinal direction of the kiln. To maintain consistency, the level must be maintained along the horizontal direction of the kiln. In order to quickly and accurately install the equipment to the designated location, there must be a mounting baseline at both the equipment and the designated location. Urgently need to line the equipment, and draw the respective centerline on the foundation and equipment.
2.lifting and alignment
The order of lifting and aligning is the steel base first and then the cylinder. First, the steel base is lifted in pieces, assembled on the foundation and measured by elevation measurement. After the steel base is adjusted, keep the anchor bolts grouting and cement mortar pier maintenance,then the secondary base is aligned, and the supporting rollers (in the case of sliding bearings) are hoisted and aligned. Finally, the supporting roller bearings and supporting rollers are aligned, and the entire supporting roller group is hoisted. Install and block the front wheels.
Hoisting and aligning the cylinder,first assemble the cylinder and the belt, and then aligning the cylinder and aligning the cylinder segments, so that the line of the centerline of the rotation of each section of the cylinder is in a straight line on. Then connect the large ring gear to the cylinder and perform hoisting and alignment, then the transmission device is positioned and aligned.
3. welding
After the hoisting alignment and grouting alignment of all the above equipment are completed, the welding of the cylinder is performed. Generally, manual welding and automatic submerged arc welding are used. After the welding is completed, the quality of the weld is checked, and then the kiln head cover and sealing device are installed, followed by the cooling and lubrication system. Then install the burner, and finally carry out no-load commissioning and trial operation.
4. masonry refractories
In order to protect the rigidity and strength of the rotary kiln, reduce heat loss and make it work normally, after no-load test operation, refractory bricks of different specifications and models are built in the kiln to ensure that the rotary kiln barrel is not exposed to high temperatures during use. Burned and not worn by materials.
