3. Differences in environmental impact: The wet granulation process is completely wet, there is no dust flying, and there is almost no harm to environmental sanitation. The dry granulation process has serious dust, and it is necessary to configure high-efficiency dust removal equipment to eliminate its impact on the environment. The semi-dry process is basically a wet process and does little harm to the environment.

4. Materials suitable for different granulation processes: On the premise of ensuring normal production throughout the year, the wet granulation process is suitable for vacuum filtering and dewatering of wet discharged fly ash or other wet materials with higher water content; dry granulation process Suitable for dry fly ash or other dry materials; the semi-dry granulation process is suitable for wet fly ash excavated from the ash storage yard, and its water content is more than 40%. The semi-dry granulation is also suitable for various dry materials. Or materials with low water content. Even if the wet granulation process is adopted, the moisture content cannot be too high.
