The installation of the wet ball mill drive system should be based on the main gear of the host, and the drive part should be installed and adjusted. Make the tooth width of the small gear more uniform than the width of both sides of the tooth surface of the large gear. Make the tooth surface of the pinion gear parallel to the tooth surface of the large gear, and leave a gap of 0.25mm on the tooth side (about one layer of hard case cigarette wrapping paper). Looking at the contact marks of the gears, the contact marks should account for more than 60% of the total length, and the height of the contact marks should be about 40% of the total height.

If the contact trace is biased towards one end of the width of the tooth surface, it means that the tooth surface is not parallel. If the driving gear is squeezed for a week, the gear gap is too small, and the small gear should be moved away from the gear.

The adjustment of the large ring gear installation error of the wet ball mill: mainly from the axial and radial aspects. For example: when the radial deviation of the large ring gear or the rim is skewed by 2-3 mm, the deviation (projection) can be turned to the bottom, and then the hydraulic ring jack block is used to support the ring gear, and the connecting bolts are properly loosened , Use a jack to lift the ring gear up 2-3 mm, and then tighten all the connecting bolts. Axial deviation can also be positive with small hydraulic jacks.

In the process of adjusting the deviation,pay attention to the following issues:

1. When adjusting the radial depression, the fluctuation of the axial deviation of the large ring gear must be accurately controlled;

2. When adjusting the axial deviation, you must fully study the position of the hydraulic force, the area under pressure, the size of the pressure, and the ejection amount.Control methods should be studied in advance, and clear and concise procedures should be prepared to avoid accidents;
