2.Control of noise
The noise of this project mainly comes from the mechanical noise of mechanical transmission equipment such as crusher, mixer, conveyor, elevator, granulator,rotary kiln, and fan. A gas analyzer can be set on the exhaust pipe of the kiln and the exhaust soot after the dust collector at the end of the kiln, which is used to detect the pre-treatment and post-treatment conditions of the corresponding indicators in the exhaust gas at the kiln tail. The concentration value of each component detected by the gas analyzer is compared with the value specified by the environmental protection standard, and the amount of activated carbon and activated lime is adjusted accordingly to meet the limit emission requirements of hazardous substances specified by the environmental protection standard. By adopting sound insulation and vibration damping devices, Measures such as sound insulation and reasonable layout of the workshop reduce the impact of noise on the plant boundary.
3.Control of heavy metals
Because the ceramsite production line uses a large variety of raw materials and a wide range of sources, such as river mud, sludge, sea mud, fly ash, etc., it can be used in combination with clay materials. In the process of high temperature calcination, some harmful heavy metals will also be discharged with the flue gas. For the heavy metals that may appear in the flue gas, if the relevant heavy metals in the flue gas exceed the requirements of national environmental protection standards, they can be placed in front of the bag dust collector. Adding a reaction tower and supporting an activated carbon subsystem for heavy metal treatment. Activated carbon is used to remove cadmium, mercury, lead, arsenic, chromium, copper, zinc, nickel and other harmful heavy metals and dioxins in the exhaust gas.
4.Control of harmful gases
The calcination of ceramics is performed at a high temperature of about 1200 ° C. Fuel can be pulverized coal, natural gas, water gas, heavy oil, etc. Due to the small amount of S, Na, K, Cl-, F-, etc. in the raw materials and fuel, it is produced at high temperatures. Corresponding harmful gas, if the content of relevant harmful gas in the flue gas exceeds the requirements of national environmental protection standards, a reaction tower can be added in front of the bag dust collector, and an active lime subsystem equipped with acid gas treatment can be used to remove the exhaust gas from the active lime. SO2, HCl, HF, NO, NO2 and other acidic and harmful substances.
