Whether the bag filter can maintain long-term high-efficiency and stable operation is important for daily maintenance. The daily maintenance of the bag filter is as following:

(1) The operator should be familiar with the principle, performance and use conditions of the bag filter dust collector, and master the adjustment and maintenance methods.

(2) Mechanical moving parts such as reducer and ash conveying device should be filled and changed according to the regulations. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be eliminated in time.

(3) The oil-water separator in the gas storage tank and the air source triplet should be drained once every shift. At the same time, the oil-water separator should be cleaned every 3 to 6 months. The oil mister should always check the oil storage and refuel in time.

(4) If the electromagnetic pulse valve fails, it should be removed in time. If there are impurities and moisture inside, it should be cleaned up. If the diaphragm is damaged, it should be replaced in time.

        (5) When the bag filter is working normally, the ash discharge device cannot stop working, otherwise, the ash bucket will be full of dust soon and overflow into the bag chamber, forcing the bag filter to stop working.

(6) When using a timing-type cleaning controller, it should be periodically determined whether the cleaning cycle is accurate, otherwise adjustment should be made. When using a constant-resistance pulse controller, the working condition of the pressure switch should be checked regularly, and the pressure measurement port should be blocked and cleaned.

(7) When starting up, you should first connect the compressed air to the air storage tank, connect the control power, and start the ash discharge device. If there are other equipment in the system, the downstream equipment should be started first.

(8) During shutdown, after the process system is stopped, the bag filter and exhaust fan should be kept working for a period of time to remove moisture and dust in the dust removal equipment. It must be noted that when the bag filter is stopped, it must be repeated. Clean the bag filter (manual ash can be used) to remove the dust on the filter bag to prevent the bag from being affected by moisture.

(9) It is not necessary to cut off the compressed air source when the machine is stopped, especially when the fan is working, compressed air must be provided to the poppet valve cylinder to ensure that the poppet valve is open.

       (10) Regularly measure the process parameters of the bag filter, such as the amount of flue gas, temperature, and concentration. If abnormalities are found, the cause should be found and dealt with in a timely manner.
