Sludge dry incineration

After the dried sludge is introduced into the incinerator, it is exposed to excessive air to carry out an oxidative combustion reaction, in which organic matter and harmful substances are pyrolyzed and destroyed, so that the sludge reduction efficiency reaches 95%, greatly reducing the excessive resources consumpution and recycle useful substances. Compared with sludge landfill and compost disposal, dry incineration can greatly avoid secondary pollution problems and save land resources. At the same time, sludge is also used as a secondary resource for development and utilization, which is truly in line with reduction and harmlessness. 

Sludge incineration ash treatment

Sludge incineration ash has been experimentally verified to be very close to the composition of brick making clay, so we can use the ash from sludge incineration to make bricks. In addition to brick making, sludge incineration ash can also be applied to the production of ceramsite, bio-fiberboard, ecological cement and other products, which gives the ultimate goal of “recycling” the sludge disposal to an excellent realization, and also one of the sludge incineration disposal core strengths.
