The new environmentally-friendly and energy-saving lime kiln project, using local rich limestone resources to produce high-grade active lime, can greatly reduce energy consumption, improve product qualification rate and comprehensive utilization of resources, and greatly reduce emissions of dust, co2 and so2.

 New-type lime kiln features

(1) Combustion air is divided into primary and secondary winds. The primary wind directly participates in the combustion, and the secondary air is the cooling wind. The primary and secondary air are supplied by separate fans. This design can raise the secondary air temperature up to 600 °C to purchase environmentally friendly lime kiln. As a combustion-friendly air-friendly lime rotary kiln, it provides favorable conditions for fuel saving.

(2) Using a special combustion system to supply heat to the rotary kiln, in addition to using pulverized coal as fuel, low calorific value gas (such as producer gas, calcium carbide tail gas, semi-coke gas) can be used alone as a calcining fuel, or a variety of fuels can be used. The calcination temperature can be adjusted by adjusting the air and gas flow rates.

(3) Environmental protection measures are perfect. The calcined tail gas is dedusted by a pulse bag type dust collector,which meet national emission standards. A bag filter is also used for dust removal at the vertical cooler blanking point.

(4) High automation level. Calcination system equipment production operation adjustment, control and alarm use plc (programmable logic controller) centralized control in the main control room, and set the screen display of each control point and necessary interlock monitoring, the operation used in the production process The parameters are automatically recorded and can be printed at any time.
