Fault phenomenon

The production is less than the standard of leaving the factory.

Reason

1) The hardness or toughness of the material to be crushed exceeds the range specified in the instruction manual.

2) The motor connection position is reversed, and the host open anti-car (moving jaw is clockwise rotation), or the delta connection of motor then connected to the star connection.

3) Discharge port is less than the specified limitation.

4) Displacement of the jaw plate, the tooth top is opposite each other.

5) The voltage of the work site is too low.

6) The gap of the moving jaw and the bearing is too large after wearing, so that the bearing outer ring is appearing relative rotation.

Method of troubleshooting

1) Replace or increase jaw crusher.

2) Replace the motor wiring.

3) Adjust the discharge port opening to the nominal discharge port in the specification and increase the jaw crusher for crushing.

4) Check the size of tooth plate and tooth pitch, if not meet the standard must be replaced jaw plate. Adjust relative position of fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate, to ensure that the tooth top to be directed at the tooth root, the fixed compression, to prevent displacement.

5) Increase the voltage of the work site, to adapt to the reload requirements of the main engine.

6) Replace the bearing or the moving jaw plate.
