Fault phenomenon 1

The main engine suddenly stop working (commonly known as: blocking run).

Reasons

1) The blockage of discharge port, resulting in full cavity blockage.

2) The triangle belt is too loose that driving vane wheel rotation, resulting in belt slippage.

3) The tightening bushing of eccentric shaft is loose, resulting in both sides of the bearing housing without gaps, so that eccentric shaft is stuck, and can not turn.

4) The voltage of the work site is too low, and when the main engine encountered large material, it unable to crush.

5) Bearing is damage.

Method of troubleshooting

1) Clear the blockage of discharge port to ensure that the material flow.

2) Tighten or replace the triangle belt.

3) Reinstall or replace the tightening bushing.

4) Adjust the voltage of the work site to meet the voltage requirements of the main engine.

5) Replace the bearings.

Fault phenomenon 2

The main engine slot wheel and moving jaw plate is running normally, but the crushing work is stopping.

Reasons

1) The fracture of tension spring.

2) The fracture of the pull rod.

3) The falling off or break of the toggle plate.

Method of troubleshooting

1) Replace the tension spring.

2) Replace the pull rod.

3) Reinstall or replace the toggle plate.
