Promote the quality of equipment manufacturing industry and the brand to achieve the level of the world manufacturing power within 10 years

China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other three departments recently issued a special action guide, announced that to promote the quality and the brand of equipment manufacturing industry to achieve the level of the world manufacturing power, to establish "Made in China" quality and brand new image by "Chinese equipment" within 10 years.

The guidelines issued for "the special action guide for promoting quality of equipment manufacturing industry to enhance the brand." Prior to this August 20, the Ministry of Industry issued a "guide for high-end equipment innovation project implementation (2016-2020)." The guidelines put forward the goal: China's important areas of equipment reach the international advanced level by 2025.

According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the added value of China's equipment manufacturing industry increased 6.8% in 2015, accounting for above-scale industrial added value of 31.8%. In the "Made in China 2025", it is to focus on resource breakthrough areas that the large aircraft, aircraft engines and gas turbines, civil aerospace, advanced rail transportation equipment and so on.

According to the latest " special action guide for promoting the quality of equipment manufacturing industry to enhance the brand ", by 2018, the equipment manufacturing industry product quality supervision and inspection of the national pass rate of 90%; in 2018 ~ 2021, promote the quality of equipment manufacturing and brand as a whole upgrade, and it have been significantly improved that domestic equipment to meet the domestic market rate, independent brand market share and other indicators; and then, to the level of manufacturing power within 4 years.

To achieve quality improvement, China's equipment manufacturing industry will implement the six initiatives include: the implementation of regional and industry quality brand promotion action, the implementation of process optimization and key common quality technology research action, the implementation of advantages and strategic industry quality brand escort action, the implementation of industry-chain quality brand collaborative action, the implementation of manufacturing and service industry integration boost quality brand promotion action, the implementation of Chinese equipment "going out" action.
