2. Project Description
Puyang Refractories Group Co., Ltd., (PRCO) is currently one of the main domestic manufacturers of functional refractories and monolithic refractories, and a major domestic supplier of refractory products for the steel industry.
3. Design Principles
3.1 Adopt advanced, mature, reliable and practical technology in the design;
3.2 Adopt an advanced and stable control system to ensure that the project is easy to operate after it is put into production.
3.3 The design complies with the current national and local regulations on environmental protection, fire protection, labor safety and health, and the dust emission concentration reaches the value specified in the current national standard.
3.4 Adopt advanced energy-saving combustion technology to rationally use energy.
3.5 The project site is located in a high-altitude area. Consider the influence factors on the motor, fan, and combustion system, and select the motor, fan, and configuration of the combustion system correctly and reasonably.
3.6 Due to the relatively backward economy of the project area, human labor resources and technical operation ability are relatively weak, so in the process design, it is necessary to consider both the high level of mechanization and automation, and the ease of use and maintenance of local employees.
4. Project Implementation
Qinghai Pu Nai High-tech Materials Co., Ltd.'s annual output of 150,000 tons of high-quality and high-purity light burned magnesia project (Phase I) has been approved by the company's board of directors. In June 2016, it was decided to invite bidding for the project and select the contractor. After screening, only 8 invitations were issued. Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. is one of the shortlisted manufacturers.
Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of mechanical equipment for the magnesium metal smelting industry, and according to the improvement of the smelting process and the improvement of the equipment level in the magnesium plant, it continuously improves the performance of the equipment and the function of the product. The self-developed preheater has been successfully applied to the calcination of dolomite, saving fuel, increasing output, recycling heat in the exhaust gas, and also conducive to dust removal of flue gas, and the emission index is below 30mg/m3.
On June 13, 2016, Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery’s bidding team of 7 people led by the company’s senior manager Ren, Puyang Refractories Group Co., Ltd. to bid. The bidding team is composed of business representatives, process engineers, equipment engineers, electrical engineers, civil engineers, and kiln engineers. After 3 days of fierce competition, the bidding work was over. Afterwards, the Pu Nai bidding team inspected the manufacturers one by one. After seeing the workshop site and management of Zheng Mining Machinery, they fully affirmed Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery and the processing strength of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery. After that, they also visited the site of the magnesium metal project of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery.
The project was delivered in a lump sum in August 2017.
