1. Project Introduction
Thailand Company owns a light expanded clay aggregate (LECA) production plant. The plant required one set of new type drum shaper equipment to increase the LECA making quality and capacity. The required production capacity is 4-6 tons per hour. It is bidding equipment. The technical parameters and model selection of drum shaper have not yet been determined.
2. Project Description
After the customer disclosed the technical requirements to us, the technicians from Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd (ZK Corp) quickly gave a solution according to the customer's existing production situation. The solution includes detailed equipment parameters, shape drawings and layout drawings. The detailed proposal and quick reply from ZK Corp had given the customer a very professional first impression.
After one month weeks of research, discussion, calculation and 3D layout design with the customer's technical staff, the final proposal had been finalized. Meanwhile, ZK Corp’s technician also helped customers solve many other technical problems during the production. Finally, the technical parameters such as drum length, drum diameter, slope, rotation speed, structure and power are determined. Mutual trust had been greatly deepened. At the same time, the equipment technical parameters with reasonable price submitted by our company were recognized by the final user side, and finally ZK Corp won the equipment of this bidding section.
After 60 days of production, the drum shaper was tested in the assembly workshop of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machine Co., LTD., and passed the quality and function test of the third party inspection company in one time. 3. Equipment Parameter

Drum Shaper is mainly composed of cylinder, supporting device of supporting wheel, driving device, frame and so on.
1. Cylinder
The cylinder body is made of high-quality carbon steel plate rolled into several sections, which are welded together. The high end of the cylinder has a material retaining ring to prevent material returning, and the end part is set with a replaceable screen, which plays a role of auxiliary screening while shaping the granular materials.
2. Wheel supporting device
The supporting device of the supporting wheel supports the whole weight of the rotating cylinder body and the materials in the cylinder body; the supporting wheel can control the axial movement of the cylinder while supporting the cylinder
3. Transmission device
The driving device of shaping machine adopts chain drive, which is composed of decelerating motor, sprocket and driving chain.
4. Frame
The frame is composed of supporting legs, reinforced channel steel, bottom frame, etc., which can be quickly assembled and disassembled by connecting bolts.
