Customer company is one of the largest quartz processing factory in Gujarat, India, which is main processing the quartz, silica or mixed grains and powder for over 30 years. The company has its enough quantity of Quartz and silica ores in Gujarat zone. The Quartz grain will be processed into the different grains and powders according to the client’s demand, then sold into the refractories, glass, ceramic, etc. plants. 

2. Project description

Customer company needs to buy one pc of ball mill to grind the quartz&silica mixed powder, inlet size is below 25mm, and discharge size is 250-350mesh. After fully understanding the specific working conditions and specific requirements from the company, our engineer selects the Dia. 2.2*11m dry ball mill.  Due to the metal Fe etc. impurity generated in grinding process, our engineer designs the alumina ceramic wearing resisting working line and stainless feeding pipe chute, which effectively prevents these impurities from entering into the quartz powder.
