At the beginning of 2016, Linyi Obote Thermal Power Company needed a set of pulverized coal preparation system equipment due to thermal production requirements. This project uses a vertical mill to pulverize raw coal, with an annual output of 100,000 tons of pulverized coal. The entire system plan is designed, the equipment manufacturing and installation are all undertaken by Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. The project signed a contract on May 23, 2016. The equipment was manufactured and supplied in mid-August 2016. The commissioning at the end of August 2016 reached the standard and the acceptance was completed.

1. Project overview:
Linyi Obote Thermal Power Company is located in Linyi City, Shandong Province. It belongs to the power and heat production and supply industries. It is mainly engaged in the production and supply of steam and power generation (waste heat) and supply. At the beginning of 2016, due to the preparation of pulverized coal for thermal production, one set of equipment for pulverized coal production and preparation system was invited for national bidding. The whole set of equipment was required to be safe, reliable, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with a fineness of 85μm and an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. has rich experience in the field of pulverized coal preparation, mature technology, and successful projects at home and abroad. After commercial and technical negotiations, it won the bid at one stroke. At the end of August 2016, the full set of design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the pulverized coal preparation system was contracted and implemented by Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., and the standard was put into production.
The project uses a vertical mill system to prepare pulverized coal, and the equipment is arranged in layers, which greatly saves the area of the system.
2. Solution:
This project uses a vertical mill system to prepare pulverized coal, uses an efficient bag dust collection, a dcs central control system, and combines a variety of safety, environmental protection, and energy-saving measures to solve the following problems:
(1) The vertical mill system is used to prepare coal powder, which saves the land occupied by the project. The vertical mill coal preparation system is widely used throughout the country. Compared with the traditional air-swept ball mill, the vertical mill has a small area, compact process equipment layout, high grinding efficiency, large output, and more energy saving.
(2) High-efficiency cloth bag dust collector is adopted, and the filter bag is made of high-temperature resistant and flame-retardant materials. Multi-point dust collection is adopted to prevent the fugitive emission of dust and at the same time avoid fire accidents caused by short-term high temperature.
(3) The control system adopts multiple data alarms and interlocking control to avoid safety accidents. As pulverized coal is prone to spontaneous combustion, explosion and other safety accidents, the control system has set up a chain of over-temperature shutdown, emergency discharge, fault shutdown, and gas leak detection to eliminate the possibility of dangerous accidents.
(4) All hot air pipes adopt thermal insulation measures, which can avoid heat loss and temperature drop during the production process, and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
