1、 Introduction to ZKZL series high-efficiency granulator
The ZKZL series high-efficiency granulator is developed based on the absorption and reference of advanced foreign technologies, combined with the current production status of petroleum fracturing proppants in China. It is mainly used in the production of petroleum fracturing proppants (ceramic sand), and can also be used for granulation of powdered materials such as bauxite, kaolin, and coal ash.
2、 Working principle of ZKZL series high-efficiency granulator
The high-speed mixing of materials is carried out by utilizing the reverse movement between the low-speed rotating drum in a clockwise direction and the high-speed rotating rotor in a counterclockwise direction. Scrapers are arranged at the bottom and walls of the drum, which, while cleaning the inner wall layer of the drum, work together with the inclined drum to change the direction of material movement, forming a specific flow field. Powdered materials are "rubbed" to nucleate and then granulate and form balls during high-speed movement.

The ZKZL series high-efficiency granulator is mainly composed of a rotary drum, rotor components, scraper device, discharge device, frame, etc.
4、 Structural characteristics of ZKZL series high-efficiency granulator
(1) The entire granulation process is carried out inside a fully enclosed rotary drum, which has a slight negative pressure and no dust pollution, making it clean and environmentally friendly;
(2) The entire process of feeding, mixing, nucleation, granulation, and shaping is controlled by a computer using PLC, which is easy to operate and highly automated;
(3) The surface of the rotor is subjected to wear-resistant treatment for precise dynamic balancing, ensuring good motion stability, reliability, and wear resistance at high speeds, making the entire machine work smoothly and more reliably;
(4) The surface of the scraper is subjected to corresponding wear-resistant treatment, and the bottom and wall of the rotary drum are equipped with wear-resistant lining plates. The entire rotary drum component has a high service life;
(5) The rotary drum unloader is fully hydraulic driven and has advantages such as high automation and reliable sealing with the rotary drum;
(6) The rotor and drum are respectively driven by the main motor and auxiliary motor, both of which are AC variable frequency motors that can adjust the speed in real time according to process requirements, with strong adaptability and wide versatility;
(7) By stirring with a high-speed rotor and a low-speed drum, the scraper cuts and collides with the material to form a specific material motion flow field. The granulation principle is advanced, with high ball forming strength, good quality, and high efficiency;
(8) The whole machine has a compact structure, and the auxiliary hydraulic system and lubrication system are integrated into one, occupying a small space. The overall appearance is smooth and beautiful.
