The bar-type vibrating feeder is mainly composed of an excitation source (vibration motor), a body, a damping spring, and front and rear brackets.

1. Vibration motor: Vibration motor is a new type of vibrator that integrates power source and vibration source into one. It is highly efficient and energy-saving, with large excitation force and simple adjustment. It features with easy to use and maintenance.

2. Machine body: It is welded by plates and profiles. Its function is to transfer the materials to the crusher through vibration.

3. Vibration damping springs: Metal spiral springs or rubber springs are generally used. Their function is to generate elastic vibrations of the machine body and reduce the transmission of vibration loads to the foundation or structural frame.

4. Bracket: It is made of plate welding, and its function is to support the body.

Applications:

(1) It is widely used in crushing and screening production lines in mining, crushed stone fields, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mineral processing, coal mine lamp industry.

(2) The gap of the bar can be adjusted, which can separate the soil and fine crushed materials at the same time, which effectively exerts the function of the rear crusher; it is used for the uniform feeding and separation of large materials in front of the crusher, especially suitable for hydropower industry and construction Stone material and ferrous or non-ferrous metals, ore feed and preliminary screening before coarse breaking.
