1. Improve the utilization rate of the hammer and reduce the replacement time of the hammer. The utilization rate and replacement time of the hammer are closely related to its structural form and its fixing and fastening method. Therefore, a symmetrical structure, a simple fastening method, a large flip cover, and a large access door casing can be adopted, which can improve the metal utilization rate of the hammer and increase the service life.

2. Hardfacing carbide. After the hammer head is worn to a certain extent, it is also an effective method to weld cemented carbide on the wear surface.

3. Improve the wear resistance of the hammerl. The material of the hammer is usually high manganese steel, which is suitable for crushing medium hardness materials, but when crushing hard materials, the hammer must have good corrosion resistance and high wear resistance.

4. Strengthen the use and maintenance management. First of all, when the hammer is installed, the sand and burrs in the bolt holes and slots of the hammer must be removed, so that the connection is smooth. Secondly, when tightening the hammer bolt, hammer the oval head while tightening. Finally, after about half an hour of operation, check the tightening of the bolts in time, and then spot-weld the nuts and threads to prevent loosening.
