COB Australia Lime Company owns a quick lime plant with production capacity of 150 tons per day. The lime plant required an apron feeder for its limestone feeding section. The max limestone feeding size is 300mm. The process capacity is 250 tons per hour. It is bidding equipment. The technical parameters and model selection of apron feeder have not yet been determined.

2. Project Description

After the customer disclosed the technical requirements to us, the technicians from Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd (ZK Corp) quickly gave a solution according to the customer's existing production situation. The solution includes detailed equipment parameters, shape drawings and layout drawings. The detailed proposal and quick reply from ZK Corp had given the customer a very professional first impression.

After one month of research, discussion, calculation and 3D layout design with the customer's technical staff, the final proposal had been finalized. Meanwhile, ZK Corp’s technician also helped customers solve many other technical problems during the production. Finally, the technical parameters such as size, transportation length, steel material, structure, installation angel and power are determined. Mutual trust had been greatly deepened. At the same time, the equipment technical parameters with reasonable price submitted by our company were recognized by the final user side, and finally ZK Corp won the equipment of this bidding section.

After two months of production, the apron feeder was tested in the assembly workshop of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machine Co., LTD., and passed the quality and function test of the third party inspection company in one time. 3. Equipment Parameter

The power of the apron feeder is driven by the motor of the transmission device, which is decelerated by the reducer and then transmitted to the drive shaft by the safety coupling. At this point, the two sprockets mounted on the drive shaft turn with the shaft. In addition, the two chains meshing with the head and tail sprocket also move forward with the rotation of the driving sprocket and tail wheel, and the apron is installed on the chain and the chain for synchronous movement. The role of the apron is to bear all the weight of the material, with the movement of the chain, the apron also completes the process of transporting the material.

The scope of application, with sharp edges and corners and the conveyor has strong wear of the material or into articles can be transported. The density of the regulation is not more than 2400kg/m3. It is also suitable for conveying high temperature materials less than 400°C.

The traction chain strength is high, can be used for long-distance transportation, the maximum delivery length of this product can reach 18m.

The layout is flexible, plate feeder can drive left, can also drive right, can horizontal conveying materials, can also tilt conveying materials. Its inclination Angle is 0≤a≤25°. (Users can choose according to the actual site.)

The apron is with high bending strength and impact resistance.
