1. Project Introduction

The customer is a trading company in Myanmar that deals in electrical and communications equipment and all kinds of machinery, helps local cement factories find parts. Customer demand of spare parts is: ball mill scraper, and scraper seat, casting parts.

2. Project Description

The customer first sent the scraper and scraper holder material requirements, shape pictures and shape drawings. The customer requires the material to be NM400. 

However, due to the Angle steel shape of the scraper seat, our technical staff judged that the material of NM400 is difficult to bend into a triangle. Since the support part does not contact with the equipment, after consultation with the customer, the customer agreed to replace the middle triangle part with 10mm Angle steel. Keep the NM400 material for the base plate and the ground plate. Our company according to the drawings and pictures provided by customers, detailed design and change, the final customer agreed to our design drawings and schemes.

According to the drawings confirmed by the customer, our company will quickly arrange the processing and production, and complete the production within the prescribed time, and submit the parts pictures, packaging pictures and casting material inspection report to the customer for review. Arrange the shipping date and delivery immediately after the approval of the audit.
