Project information

The client was coming from Estonia, looking for laboratory scale ball mill for grinding sand for AAC (aerated autoclaved concrete) material development. Capacity:<20kg/. It will be used for grinding sand for building material research projec.

Technical Solution

According to the simple layout provided by the customer, some simple parameter requirements are given: production capacity, material particle size, etc. After calculation by the process engineer, NE30 and NE50 plate chain bucket elevators are recommended respectively, and the equipment engineer accordingly issued the basic outline structure drawing to confirm with the customer the important dimension parameters, bucket volume, buckets quantity, etc. on the general drawing. After confirming the drawings and basic parameters, detailed technical and commercial quotations, equipment photos, factory videos, etc. were provided to the customer for reference and understanding.

Finally, the two parties will sign the contract in early October 2021, and the goods will be delivered successfully in November 2021.Finally, the contract will be signed by both parties in the beginning of October 2021 and the goods was already delivered in November of 2021.
