Project Description

The owner of this project is the largest supplier of clean coal in Jinzhong. In order to improve production efficiency and product quality, a new clean coal drying production line with an annual output of 200,000 tons is built, using the most advanced vertical drying production process.

Solution

(1) Under the premise of meeting the requirements of production scale, the main machine adopts single machine and single line equipment to achieve the purpose of smooth and compact production line, save land and improve land utilization rate.

(2) Auxiliary equipment is based on the principles of stability, reliability and energy saving to ensure normal production with high quality, high yield and low energy consumption.

(3) Under the condition of satisfying the technological production conditions, fully combine the local natural conditions, optimize the design plan, and reduce the project cost as much as possible.

(4) Conscientiously implement relevant national environmental protection, laws, regulations and standards, strictly control pollution, reduce pollutant emissions so that can protect and improve the environment and achieve safe and civilized production.

Project Implementation

After contract being signed, with the strong support and cooperation of the owner, our company concentrated efforts to put the project into operation on June 20. After more than 50 days of debugging, the production reached the standard. Our company has been highly praised and affirmed by the owners.
