2. Project description
Inner Mongolia Carbon Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has a total investment of about 1 billion yuan and an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons of black silicon carbide projects. It is one of the major silicon carbide producers in China. Production, processing and sales of silicon carbide; production, processing and sales of carbon-based recarburizers; production, processing and sales of high-performance silicon carbide sintered materials and high-performance silicon carbide ceramic products.
3. Solution
The supply of 4 sets ball mills with sieve can produce 3.2-4.5 tons of silicon carbide powder per hour. This project mainly adopts the following solutions to meet customer needs:
(1) Process selection: The ball mill with sieve, which is generally popular in the domestic silicon carbide industry, is selected for grinding. The sieve mill is a central drive and a circular discharge type mill. Due to the particularity of its internal structure, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. While crushing and grinding materials, it also has the function of grading, high grinding efficiency, fine product fineness and uniform particle size, easy adjustment of particle gradation, and high product qualification rate.
(2) Working principle: The mill has its own screen to form a closed grinding-screening circulation system. When the mill rotates, the steel balls are driven by the stepped lining plate to continuously projectile motion under the action of friction. , the material is highly pulverized due to the impact and grinding of the moving grinding medium, and the pulverized material is discharged through the perforated sieve plate. After entering the screen partition, it is initially screened by the inner ring screen, the material on the screen is returned to the mill through the guide plate for re-grinding, and the material under the screen enters the outer ring for further screening; after secondary screening by the outer ring screen, The qualified materials are discharged from the mill, and the materials on the screen are returned to the mill for grinding, which can better control the particle size of the product.
(3) According to the customer's production capacity requirements, select the mill for the customer; according to the raw material particle size, moisture and grinding fineness requirements, select the liner and grinding body for the customer, so that the grinding and crushing capacity of the equipment can be reasonably matched. Before shipment, all the linings are installed.
(4) In order to avoid equipment safety accidents, the motor adopts variable frequency motor, and the coupling is equipped with a protective cover to prevent powder from entering and damaging the equipment.
