Project introduction: Expanded lightweight aggregate with an annual output of 60,000m³production line

Expanded Lightweight Aggregate Composition: The slurry-40% to 60% water, 15% sodium silicate and 0.1% to 5% NaNO; For granulator-50% to 85% broken glass or pumice and 15% to 50% slurry etc.

This project uses glass powder, ceramic powder, limestone powder, etc. through crushing, mixing and proportioning, granulation, calcination and other processes to make ceramsite.The ceramsite is used as wallboard.

As the contractor of this project, ZK Corp is responsible for the process design, equipment design,manufacturing,guidance,installation and commissioning, trial production guidance etc.Also provide technical services and support to the project site production and maintenance personnel.ZK Corp can provide complete industry chain services and system solutions.

This project is mainly composed of grinding system, granulation system, calcination section and finished product discharge section.

Main equipment: dryer, mixer, box feeder, belt feeder, feeding pipe, main measuring bin, dust collector, fan, bucket elevator, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, silo etc.
