Transmission ratio i≤10, suitable for belt speed 20-30m/s, best speed 20m/s, good adhesion between both sides of the belt and wheel groove, large equivalent friction factor, small center distance, small pre-tightening force, transmission The power can reach 700kw.
2. Narrow V-belt
Transmission ratio i≤10, the limit belt speed is 40-50m/s, the best speed is 20-25m/s, narrow V-belt has the characteristics of ordinary V-belt, can withstand larger pre-tightening force, prolong life, and increase transmission power Large, single root can reach 75Kw, pulley width and diameter can be reduced, and the cost is 20%-40% lower than that of ordinary V-belts. It can completely replace ordinary V-belts.
3. Group Narrow V-belt
Transmission ratio i≤10, belt speed 20-30m/s, it belongs to the extension product of narrow V-belt, each V-belt has the same length, good integrity, large lateral rigidity, stable operation, eliminating the vibration of a single belt, especially suitable for Parallel shaft transmission perpendicular to the ground, but requires high precision of the pulley size processing, currently only 2-5 belts are combined.
4. V-ribbed belt
Transmission ratio i≤10, belt speed 20-40m/s, uniformly spaced 40-degree circular belts with triangular wedges on the inner surface of the flat belt, which have the characteristics of flat belts and joint V-belts, but are better than joint V-belts The transmission power is large, the efficiency is high, the speed is fast, the diameter of the small pulley can be small, and it is widely used in machine tools.
5. Ordinary flat belt
Transmission ratio i≤5, generally not greater than 3, belt speed 15-30m/s, large center distance, low price, but small transmission ratio, low efficiency, can be crossed, semi-crossed and angle transmission with guide wheels, transmission The power can reach 500kw.
6. Trapezoidal teeth and arc teeth synchronous belt
Gear meshing transmission, accurate transmission ratio, high transmission efficiency, minimum initial tension, minimum bearing pressure, uniform instantaneous speed, generally used in automation design.
When belt speed v≤20m/s, HT150 can be used; when v>25-30 m/s, HT200 can be used; when v≥35m/s, with larger diameter and higher power, 35 steel or 40 steel can be used; For low power, engineering plastics can be used, and for large batches, die-cast aluminum alloys or other alloys can be used.
