3.6.1 System configuration

Limestone shaft kiln control system: the process detection and control system is composed of operator station, PLC and primary detection element. The control mode of lime shaft kiln is divided into three types: automatic mode, semi-automatic mode and manual mode beside the machine. Automatic operation is the main operation mode. In case of abnormal automatic operation, it can be converted into semi-automatic mode. Manual control is on site and centralized control is in control room.

The system is equipped with an operator station, PLC adopts Siemens S7-300 series, and has multiple distributed I / O. The operator station communicates with PLC through Ethernet switch, and Ethernet interface is reserved. PROFIBUS communication is used between PLC and distributed I / O.

The operator station is used for signal screen display, process and process parameter setting and system remote operation, as well as system debugging, fault diagnosis, system management and maintenance, etc. it can also realize on-line monitoring of the whole production line, process production parameter setting, storage and analysis of various historical data, and form various historical trend recording curves for equipment failure and quality production Provide basis for accident analysis; carry out necessary operation control, parameter setting and correction for equipment, dynamically display pictures and charts, and also have fault alarm, display, storage and other functions.
