1. Introduction of Rotary Cooler:

2. Working Principle of Rotary Cooler:
The high-temperature material enters the cooler through the feeding device. Because the cylinder is slowly rotating in an inclined state, the material moves from the high end to the low end in the axial direction. During the movement, the lifting plate continuously moves the material upward in the circumferential direction. Lifting, throwing and moving downwards, so that the high-temperature materials and the air are fully heat exchanged until they are cooled below the specified temperature, and the cooled materials are discharged from the discharging device.
3. Rotary Cooler Structure:
The single-cylinder cooler is mainly composed of transmission device, supporting wheel supporting device, supporting wheel supporting device, cylinder, kiln head, kiln tail and sealing device. The main structural features are:
3.1 The equipment has 2 to 4 fulcrums (mostly 2 to 3 fulcrums), it is easy to ensure that the contact surface of the supporting roller and the kiln tyre is parallel to the axis of the cylinder during installation;
3.2 The supporting device adopts rolling bearings, which greatly simplifies the supporting structure of the supporting roller, which can reduce the useless power loss during the operation of the kiln, and also make the maintenance and repair more convenient;
3.3 The kiln head and kiln tail are sealed with heat-resistant steel flake seals instead of the old-fashioned labyrinth seal, which makes the sealing performance better, higher reliability, longer service life, and extremely convenient replacement;
3.4 There is a certain gap between the tyre belt and the cylinder body to ensure that the tyre belt is tightened on the cylinder body to strengthen the cylinder body under normal working conditions;
3.5 The transmission system adopts new AC frequency conversion speed regulation technology, which is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly than traditional electromagnetic speed regulation and DC speed regulation, and has a large speed regulation range, high efficiency, high speed regulation accuracy, and stable operation.
4. Features of Rotary Cooler:
