1. Introduction
The GZ series electromagnetic vibrating feeder produced by our company is widely used in various industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, light industry, chemical industry, electric power, and machinery etc. It is used for lump, granular and powdery materials. From the storage bin or hopper to uniformly continuous or quantitative feeding to the receiving device. For example, feeding to belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screening equipment, etc.; feeding to crushers, crushers, etc., and for automatic batching, quantitative packaging, etc., and can be used in automatic control processes to achieve automation of the production process.
2. Features
Electromagnetic vibration feeder is a new type of feeding equipment. Compared with other feeding equipment, it has the following features.
(1) Small size, light weight, simple structure, convenient installation, no transmission parts without lubrication, convenient maintenance and low operating cost.
(2) The electromagnetic vibrating feeder uses the resonance principle of mechanical vibration, and the double mass body works in a low critical near resonance state, so it consumes less power.
(3) Since the material flow can be changed and opened and closed instantaneously, the feed volume has a higher accuracy.
(4) The control equipment of this series of electromagnetic vibrating feeder adopts SCR half-wave rectification circuit, so during use, the feeding amount can be easily and steplessly adjusted by adjusting the opening angle of the SCR, and production can be realized. Centralized control and automatic control of the process.
(5) Because the material in the feeding trough is continuously thrown up during the feeding process and jumps forward according to the parabolic trajectory, the wear of the feeding trough is small.
(6) This series of electromagnetic vibrating feeders are not suitable for occasions with explosion-proof requirements.
3. Process configuration of GZ series electromagnetic vibrating feeder
(1) Installation angle
This series of electromagnetic vibrating feeders are recommended to be installed and used with a downward tilt of 10° when used for feeding. For viscous materials and materials with large water content, the downward tilt angle can also be increased to 15°. If the feeder is used for batching, quantitative feeding or automatic weighing, in order to ensure the uniformity and stability of the feeding amount and prevent the material from flowing by itself, the feeder should be installed horizontally.
(2) The configuration of the leak nozzle
The design of this series of electromagnetic vibrating feeders does not consider the influence of bin pressure. In order to ensure the normal operation of the feeder, the influence of bin pressure on the feeder must be minimized. Therefore, when designing the leakage nozzle, the rear side plate of the leakage nozzle should bear the vertical pressure of the material column.
(3) Gate
When in use, the outlet of the silo should be set with a gate to facilitate the adjustment of the thickness of the material layer in the silo and to close the material in the silo when the silo is repaired and replaced.
