3. Advantages and Disadvantages of Pot Granulator
This type of equipment has simple structure, light weight, convenient maintenance and repair, and flexible and convenient process layout.
Disadvantages: The pot granulator needs to add masterbatch when granulating to complete the granulation process; at the same time, after the granulation is completed, it needs to be stopped to discharge the finished product. The continuous working ability of the equipment is also relatively poor. In addition, the production efficiency of the equipment is low, and the labor intensity of the workers is high.
